Rental Requirements
Know before you go. Here's everything you need to have ready to rent with us — no surprises at pickup.

What You Need to Rent
All items below must be satisfied at the time of pickup.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years old to rent.
- Minimum rental age is 21 years old
- Renters ages 21–24 are subject to a $15/day young driver surcharge
- There is no maximum age limit
- Age is verified at pickup via government-issued ID
Valid Driver's License
A valid, unexpired driver's license must be presented at pickup.
- U.S. driver's license must be valid and unexpired
- International licenses are accepted when accompanied by a valid passport
- License must be in the renter's name — no exceptions
- Digital/photo copies are not accepted; physical license required
Auto Insurance
Proof of personal auto insurance is required at pickup.
- Active personal auto insurance policy required
- Insurance card must be presented at pickup
- No personal insurance? Add our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for $18/day
- CDW covers collision damage only — not liability or personal injury
- Credit card rental coverage may be accepted — confirm with your card issuer
If you're unsure whether your policy covers rental vehicles, call your insurer before booking.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Nissan Altima SL: $200 deposit
- Dodge Grand Caravan SXT: $250 deposit
- Deposit is held on your credit or debit card
- Released within 3–5 business days after vehicle return
- Deposit may be applied toward damages if applicable
Deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time.
Payment Method
We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover accepted
- Debit cards accepted with valid ID
- Cash payments are not accepted
- Card must be in the renter's name
- Prepaid cards are not accepted for the security deposit
Mileage Policy
150 miles per day included with every rental.
- 150 free miles per day included
- Weekly rentals: 1,050 free miles included
- Monthly rentals: 3,000 free miles included
- Excess mileage charged at $0.25 per mile
- Out-of-state travel requires prior written approval
Fuel Policy
Vehicle is provided full. Return it full.
- All vehicles are provided with a full tank of gas
- Vehicle must be returned with a full tank
- Refueling fee if not returned full: $6.50/gal + $15 service fee
- No prepaid fuel option is available
- Fuel receipts are not required but recommended
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers can be added for $10/day.
- Additional drivers must be registered at pickup
- Each additional driver: $10/day
- All drivers must meet the same age and license requirements
- Unlisted drivers are not covered under the rental agreement
- Spouse or domestic partner may be added at no charge with proof
Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
